We are delighted to have sponsored OnlyMums&Dads in the development of their free online resource for parents going through divorce and separation, “What About Aruna?”. OnlyMums&Dads specialise in providing online resources to separating parents when they are going through, what can be, an extremely difficult time in their lives.

“What About Aruna?” is made up of four new online video resources delivered by Dr Angharad Rudkin, a Clinical Phycological who has worked with children and families for over 20 years. These videos are specially designed for parents, and they look at the impact of conflict and parental separation on children. The ‘What About Aruna?’ page is now live on the OnlyMums&Dads website, where each video resource is available free of charge. The ‘What About Aruna?’ page can be found here.

The “What About Aruna?” programme is completely child-focussed and is based on the latest research. It will be delivered in four parts with supporting resources.
