The directors of Family Law in Partnership are delighted to announce that Pamela Collis has joined the firm as a consultant. Pamela is a highly regarded family law specialist who joins Family Law in Partnership from Howard Kennedy.

Pamela has specialised in family law for over 30 years. Her primary focus is international and domestic family law matters particularly forum disputes, the financial aspects of relationship breakdown together with pre and post nuptial agreements. She has extensive experience in private law children matters including surrogacy and international relocation. Pamela is known for her pragmatic and constructive style, and her innovative approach to finding solutions to complex issues.

A trained collaborative lawyer, Pamela is a member of Collaborative Family Law, an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution. She has been a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for over 20 years. Pamela is a trained mediator and a highly experienced negotiator with a wealth of experience across the full range of alternative dispute resolution processes. She is the family law contributor to Halsbury’s Law Exchange and regularly speaks at legal seminars.
