Shortlisted: Family Law Dispute Resolution Team of the Year 2020

We are delighted to announce that Family Law in Partnership has been shortlisted for the prestigious LexisNexis Family Law Dispute Resolution Team of the Year 2020. The winner will be announced on 25 November 2020.

This award recognises excellence in all forms of family law dispute resolution processes. Having developed genuine expertise across the full range of dispute resolution options, we work closely with our clients to identify the approach which will achieve the very best outcome for them. This might be robust litigation in which we excel but equally this might be mediation, collaborative law, arbitration, solicitor led negotiation or a twin track approach.

Since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown we have been successfully running online mediations, online arbitrations and online private FDRs and Early Neutral Evaluations. Our Parenting After Parting workshops have also moved online and have proved to be extremely popular.
