FLiP’s Mariko Wilson appointed to Pensions Tax & Financial Remedies Committee
We are delighted to announce that Senior Associate Mariko Wilson has been appointed to the Pensions Tax & Financial Remedies Committee of Resolution following a competitive selection process. The Committee performs a critical role in shaping and influencing rules, policy and legislation in relation to tax, pensions and financial remedies across the practice of family law. The Committee also promotes law reform, where appropriate.
As a Senior Associate at FLiP, Mariko handles all aspects of private family law and has a broad range of experience in financial relief and divorce proceedings as well as acting in children matters. She has considerable expertise in cases involving complex pensions issues.
Mariko is recommended for family law by the leading Directories and she is well known for her technical expertise.
