The lock-down of life forced upon us by Covid-19 might not mean the shutdown of your family law proceedings. With the technology available today, and embraced by Family Law in Partnership, work on your case can continue as normal. It is certainly business as usual at FLiP.

Although the Courts are very limited in the services that they can provide at present, there are many other options for resolving your family law issues. For example, at FLiP our arbitration, mediation and counselling services can all be conducted online or via video conferencing facilities.

Our lawyers and mediators work remotely on a regular basis and are all familiar with the practicalities of remote working including conducting meetings via our video conferencing facilities. And our use of the Settify online introduction system enables both clients and prospective clients to provide information on their case in a secure and user friendly way, and to receive a snapshot of the key issues relevant to their case.
