The Handbook examines the nature of intra-family disputes between same sex couples and some selected issues involved in the mediation process. Relying mainly upon empirical data the Handbook seeks to provide a practical opportunity for professionals of different disciplines to develop more grounded and effective understanding of the nature of disputes between same sex couples, and of the issues involved in the resolution of such disputes.
