Speaking engagements in Provence and Manchester

Family Law in Partnership’s leadership in family law was demonstrated this month with speaking engagements at two prestigious conferences.

Partner David Allison spoke at the Trusts & Estates Litigation Forum 2014 in Provence on “The Modern Family: What happens when it all goes wrong”. The session looked at the issues faced during a family breakdown by families which do not conform to the traditional models of family life, including same sex couples.

Meanwhile today Gillian Bishop and Neil Denny are addressing the Manchester collaborative pod on the topic of “Engaging the Client”. Gillian is an acknowledged leader in collaborative practice having written the first handbook for clients on the collaborative approach “A client’s guide to collaborative divorce: Putting your family first”.
