Litigation Loans: All you need to know about borrowing to fund your divorce

In this episode of the FLiP podcast, Rory Collett, an Associate at FLiP, is joined in a discussion with the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Level, George Williamson, to discuss everything you need to know about funding your legal fees and how litigation lending will help clients reach a fair financial settlement, by funding their legal and living expenses during contested proceedings. Rory is an Associate at Family Law in Partnership. He handles all aspects of private family law including financial arising or the separation of cohabiting couples, as well as contentious child contact arrangements. Rory has experience with applying and handling finance houses which specialise in providing liquidity to fund litigation for family law cases.

George is the Chief Executive Office and Founder at Level, which provides specialist funding against family and probate proceedings. George oversees all aspects of the business including growth strategy and the credit committee. He is the leading figure in the field, regularly writing for well known publications such as the Financial Times and the New Law Journal.
