Meet FLiP’s New Senior Associates

 

Family Law in Partnership has today (1st April 2024) announced the promotion of Rebecca Alexander, Selena Arbe-Barnes and Grace Lawrence to the role of Senior Associate. These promotions demonstrate FLiP’s continued commitment to the development of its market-leading family law practice.

Rebecca Alexander handles all aspects of private family law, including divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, financial settlements and children issues. Rebecca’s cases often involve complex trust structures, substantial business interests and multi-jurisdictional elements. Legal 500 UK has named Rebecca as a Recommended Lawyer for family/matrimonial work. She was also named in the Citywealth Future Leaders Awards 2023 as an Associate Family Lawyer of the Year.

Selena Arbe-Barnes advises on a wide range of issues associated with the breakdown of marriage and relationships, including complex children and financial matters. Selena’s children cases often involve multi-layered child arrangement issues, including those where the most serious allegations have been made against parents. On financial matters she assists clients at all stages of their divorce or separation with an approach tailored to their needs and circumstances – be it engaging in negotiation, alternative dispute resolution or court proceedings. Over recent years, Selena has been regularly ranked as a Rising Star in the family law world by Legal 500 UK.

Grace Lawrence advises HNW and UHNW individuals on international and high-value family law cases, often involving complex business and trust interests, and issues of pre and post-marital wealth. Her work has a strong international dimension and many of her cases involve complex business interests and trust structures. Grace is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She has been ranked consistently over recent years as a Rising Star family lawyer by the Legal 500 UK.

Rebecca, Selena and Grace will join our existing FLiP Senior Associates, Hannah Greene, Nicole Phillips and Kara Swift, in their new role.
