Family Law in Partnership is delighted to support Kids in the Middle in its Voice of the Child Campaign.

Kids in the Middle is launching the Voice of the Child Campaign to provide a forum for young people to access information about divorce. The new Kids in the Middle website will feature young people talking about their own experiences and giving advice based on this. The Kids in the Middle website will make it easier for young people to find forums and advisers, on-line and locally.

The Voice of the Child Campaign follows the report of the Voice of the Child Advisory Group, of which Family Law in Partnership’s Head of Mediation Dominic Raeside was a member. The group made recommendations about the weight to be given to the voice of the child in family law proceedings. Our family law associates Helen Greenfield and Carla Ditz have also recently written a series of articles for Solicitors Journal on this same topic.
