Equality & diversity is key to everything we do at Family Law in Partnership. We strive to provide a work place in which all contributions are valued and differences are cherished. This applies to the team at FLiP but also to the people we come into contact with on a day to day basis whether they are clients or others.
Gender equality has come a long way but there remains a lot of work to do. We are proud to support International Women’s Day (08.03.21) and shall be raising our collective hands with pride.
Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance diversity and inclusion across the firm. The Committee meets regularly and is made up of a cross-section of our employees. For more information contact us below.
