FLiP Family Specialists Ranked in Chambers UK Guides for 2024

FLiP Family Specialists Ranked in Chambers UK Guides for 2024

FLiP’s excellence in family law has been underlined in this year’s Chambers UK Guides, just released.

In July we reported that eight members of our talented team of family law specialists had featured in the 2024 Chambers HNW Guide. These Chambers rankings are a mark of excellence across the legal industry for those working with HNW and UHNW individuals, and follow hot on the heels of Family Law in Partnership being shortlisted for Family Law Team of the Year in the Chambers HNW Awards 2023.

Directors David Allison, Elizabeth Hicks, Bradley Williams, James Pirrie, Helen Greenfield and Mariko Wilson are all ranked for their expertise in advising HNW and UHNW clients on complex family law matters, with consultant Gillian Bishop ranked as a senior statesperson in this category. Our Head of Mediation, Dominic Raeside, and Director and Mediator, James Pirrie, are both ranked in the Spotlight Table for family mediation – this is the top tier ranking for family mediators.

As a firm FLiP is ranked in the elite table of top ranked firms for HNW and UNHW individuals. This is a huge endorsement of the skills and expertise of our leading family lawyers and mediators, recognizing that the firm is at the top of the game in advising on family law matters for HNW and UHNW individuals.

The recently released Chambers UK 2024 Guide covers our experience in both Family/Private Children Law matters, and in Mainly ADR (alternative dispute resolution) processes. Chambers says: “They have a very strong ethos of doing their best to avoid unnecessary litigation and remembering that there is a family at the heart of the work they are doing.”

Our Private Children Law specialist Elizabeth Fletcher is ranked in Band 2 for Family/Private Children Law work. This is a reflection of her depth and breadth of expertise in advising on complex children matters with Chambers quoting “Elizabeth Fletcher is everything a modern family solicitor should be – she is bright, engaging, all over the law and a delight to work with.”

Meanwhile Directors David Allison and James Pirrie are ranked in the Spotlight Table, the highest ranking, for their experience in supporting clients through divorce and separation using Alternative Dispute Resolution processes.

Thank you to all of our clients and peers who contributed to the Chambers & Partners 2024 research programme.
