FLiP Director Mariko Wilson Returns from Maternity Leave

We are delighted to welcome FLiP director Mariko Wilson back from maternity leave.

Mariko advises on all aspects of private family law, frequently acting for high-net-worth individuals in financial relief and divorce proceedings as well as acting in children matters. She has a particular expertise in cases involving complex pensions and tax issues, and in cases in which trusts, businesses and other complex asset structures are a significant feature. Mariko is a member of the Pensions Tax and Financial Remedies Committee of Resolution. She is also a trained family mediator.
