The directors of Family Law in Partnership are delighted to announce that on 1st April 2016 Felicity Shedden of Shedden Family Law will join Family Law in Partnership as a consultant. Family Law in Partnership will, at the same time, take over the clients of Shedden Family Law.
Felicity Shedden is a highly regarded family law specialist. She is a solicitor, mediator, arbitrator and collaborative practitioner with an outstanding reputation for dispute resolution.

Felicity Shedden has established a reputation for being at the forefront of innovation and best practice in dispute resolution, and has been pioneering the introduction of Med-Arb to the UK. She speaks regularly on the subject of dispute resolution both in the UK and abroad and has had a number of articles published in The Review and in Family Law Journal (Legalease).
Felicity was named winner of Resolution’s John Cornwell Award 2015 for her Outstanding Contribution to Family Law. She was also shortlisted in the Family Law Awards 2015 in the category Family Law Dispute Resolution Practitioner of the Year.
Felicity is a Deputy District Judge, a member of the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists. She is an immediate past president of the Bedfordshire Law Society. Felicity has a particular interest in the relationship between legal and therapeutic work with couples, and has undergone training in counselling skills, systemic therapy and mindfulness to bring greater depth and insight to her work.
