Family Law in Partnership goes from strength to strength

In April 2016, three outstanding family law specialists joined Family Law in Partnership. Ann Northover and Felicity Shedden joined Family Law in Partnership as consultants and Mariko Wilson joined the firm as an associate.

Ann Northover, a leading family law specialist with over 20 years’ experience, joined Family Law in Partnership from Forsters LLP where she was a partner for 11 years. Ann has considerable expertise in the financial and children aspects of complex separation, pre-nuptial and divorce matters. She has particular experience in dealing with trusts, pension funds and business assets. Ann regularly works with international and UK based clients.

Felicity Shedden joined Family Law in Partnership from Shedden Family Law, a firm she set up in 2012. She is a solicitor, mediator, arbitrator and collaborative practitioner with an outstanding reputation for dispute resolution. Felicity has a particular interest in the relationship between legal and therapeutic work with couples, and has undergone training in counselling skills, systemic therapy and mindfulness to bring greater depth and insight to her work.

Mariko Wilson also joined Family Law in Partnership from Forsters LLP where she was a solicitor for over 4 years. She is recognised as an “up and coming” and highly effective lawyer. Her clients recognise her attention to detail and her dedication to helping them achieve the best outcome not only as individuals, but also in the context of the wider family.

In September 2016 we welcomed Hannah Greene and Kara Swift to Family Law in Partnership. Both Hannah and Kara are newly qualified solicitors having completed their training at Collyer Bristow LLP and Taylor Vinters, respectively. Their arrival takes the number of family law professionals at Family Law in Partnership to nineteen, including seven family law associates.
