Head of Mediation, Dominic Raeside, speaks at prestigious Family Justice Council’s 7th Annual Debate

Family Law in Partnership’s Head of Mediation, Dominic Raeside, will speak at the prestigious Family Justice Council – 7th Annual Debate held today in London. Dominic will debate the motion “Is Mediation Fit for Purpose” along with other speakers including Professor Liz Trinder and Sarah Lloyd, the Dispute Resolution Director of Resolution. The Rt Hon Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division of the High Court and Chairman of the Family Justice Council, will chair the debate.

In August 2013 Dominic was appointed as the Family Mediator member of the Family Justice Council following a competitive selection process undertaken by the Council.
