Director David Allison‘s article on same sex marriage appeared earlier this month in Solicitors Journal.

The article entitled Happy Anniversary considered same sex marriage and other related issues against the backdrop of the first anniversary of same sex marriage which fell in March this year and the tenth anniversary of the introduction of civil partnerships.
