Helping Dementia UK Support Families
We’re incredibly proud to share that we have raised an amazing £9,270 for Dementia UK, our Charity of the Year for 2025/26.
It’s been brilliant to see so many people get behind the cause throughout the year. Alongside our charity quiz night, which brought people together for a great evening in support of Dementia UK, colleagues have also taken part in a range of internal fundraising activities, including our World Cup sweepstake. Every entry, donation and bit of support has helped us reach this fantastic total.
Why Dementia UK?
Dementia is something that touches the lives of so many people – whether personally, through family and friends, or within our wider communities. That is why we are especially proud to have supported Dementia UK this year.
Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity. Its Admiral Nurses provide expert advice, practical guidance and emotional support to families affected by dementia, helping them through some of the most difficult and uncertain moments they can face.
The £9,270 raised will help Dementia UK continue its important work supporting families affected by dementia when they need it most. Our fundraising included:
- Our charity quiz night
- World Cup sweepstake
- 30 Mile walk in September
Joanna Sullivan, Deputy Director of Fundraising at Dementia UK commented:
“We are so grateful to Family Law in Partnership (FLiP) for selecting Dementia UK as their chosen charity for 2025/26.
One in two of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetime – either by caring for someone with the condition, developing it ourselves, or both. It can be exhausting and overwhelming, not only for the person with dementia, but also for the people caring for them, and their wider family and friends.
Thanks to the hard work of amazing fundraisers like FLiP, more families than ever will be able to access the life-changing support offered by our Admiral Nurses.”
Thank you to our wonderful team, and to everyone who supported us externally, for helping us raise funds for Dementia UK and the important work they do for families affected by dementia.
