Director David Allison spoke at the ABA conference on same sex families this weekend.

The ABA Section of International Law and AIJA held a conference in Brigton on the topic “The HNW same sex family: going global”. David moderated a session which looked at the recognition of same sex marriages in different jurisdictions and involved lawyers from France and Switzerland.

The conference was organised by The American Bar Association Section of International Law (of which David and his fellow Family Law in Partnership director Nicole Hackett are vice chairs of the Family Law section) and AIJA.
