The health and safety of our FLiP team, their families and our clients will always be our top priority. We have put in place measures to ensure that we remain open for business, offering the highest levels of client service in these uncertain times.
As with other businesses, our business continuity plans in respect of Covid-19 are now in operation. This means that our staff will mostly be working from home rather than in the office until further notice. They will still be contactable by email and via direct dial lines and will be pleased to call you back if that is more convenient.
We understand the preference of many of our clients for face to face contact. Although there will be fewer face to face meetings, we will continue to offer electronic meetings via our video conferencing facilities.
Our ability to work remotely is well tested. All members of staff are issued with secure laptops which they use every day and which connect to the FLiP network remotely. Our lawyers work remotely on a regular basis and are all familiar with the practicalities of working from home and conducting meetings remotely. We are confident that our technology and best practice will continue to ensure the highest level of client service as we move forward.
