Elizabeth Fletcher is an Assistant Solicitor with Family Law In Partnership and advises on all aspects of divorce, ancillary relief, children and cohabitation matters. As a former commercial litigator, Elizabeth is experienced in addressing issues in court; however where possible she works with clients to settle out of court in a more flexible manner. Elizabeth’s aim is to help clients reach a resolution to their family conflict in a constructive and effective way so they and their family can move forward positively. “I help clients to achieve an effective outcome as efficiently as possible by listening to what they need and guiding them through the legal process.” Elizabeth studied History at the University of St Andrews. She then completed her legal qualifications at Oxford Brookes University and the College of Law. She qualified in 2006 and joined Family Law in Partnership in October 2007. Elizabeth is an active member of Resolution. |
