Nicole Hackett

Nicole

A former commercial litigator with Lovells, Nicole switched to family law in 1984 becoming a Partner at Charles Russell before joining Family Law in Partnership in 2004.  She specialises in all aspects of private family law and in particular financial issues arising on separation or divorce.  Nicole has extensive experience of emergency applications to the Court and cases involving substantial assets, a number of which have an international dimension.  She is a member of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the Central London Collaborative Forum.  Nicole is a member of Resolution and a trained mediator as well as collaborative lawyer. Nicole is known as a leader in the field of family law.  She has acted in a number of reported cases and is not afraid to litigate strongly where Court action is required.

“I have been hugely impressed by your sensitivity and strength and stand in awe of your decisive, incisive and ‘efforts based’ approach”.

Nicole lives with her husband and two teenage daughters in South West London and enjoys music (not always the same music as her daughters!), tennis and the theatre.
