Our People

Bradley Williams

Bradley

Bradley Williams became a Partner in the firm in July 2009. He has a comprehensive family law practice, specialising in the financial complexities of divorce, private Children Law and separation of non-married couples.

Bradley is ranked in the Chambers and Partners directory as a Key Individual and is noted for having "Instinctive Judgement" and for being dedicated to his work.

Whilst Bradley strives to settle his cases out of court, he recognises that this will not always be possible for every client. His comprehensive experience in Court provides clients with the confidence and support they need throughout the process. Bradley successfully acted on the legal team for Julia McFarlane in the ground- breaking House of Lords case that resulted in a change in the spousal maintenance law.

What Bradley’s clients say

“I have been hugely impressed by your patience, diligence, clarity of mind and capacity for sheer hard work”

“It is evident you have a great head on your shoulders and are very adapt at thinking on your feet in an articulate way whilst remaining focused to win the point and close the argument in a logical way”

Bradley is committed to finding constructive solutions to clients’ family law problems. He is a trained mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. Bradley is also a member of Resolution’s National Committee and he is also a member of the London Collaborative Group.

Bradley writes articles for legal publications and has been quoted in the national press. Bradley has dual Swiss British nationality and is experienced in cross-border jurisdiction cases. He is fluent in German and has studied German Law.  His interests include travelling, playing golf (to a high level of frustration) and following Everton football club (similarly).
