Court of Appeal find in favour of FLiP's client in recognition of foreign decrees case

David Allison successfully acted in the Court of Appeal for Ilya Golubovich in contending that the divorce he had obtained from his wife in Russia was perfectly valid and that he was entitiled to rely on the proper process of his, and his wife's, home jurisdiction.
