Collaborative training for barristers

Gillian Bishop spent the weekend training 14 barristers from 4 Paper Buildings, Temple in the art of collaborative family law. There was a very enthusiastic reception. The number of barristers trained collaboratively is now over 50 with more trainings planned.

Barristers can help in the collaborative process by providing a joint opinion on the law, assisting in breaking an impasse and in, complex cases, reviewing settlement proposals for potential pitfalls.
