A Client's Guide to Collaborative Divorce by Gillian Bishop will be launched at Family Law in Partnership on Monday 15th February 2010.

The guide is for: 

1.      People who are contemplating a divorce or separation and genuinely want to find a way of resolving issues without involving the court – the guide will assist them in making the right choice for them.

2.      People who are already using the collaborative approach for resolving these issues – the guide will be a useful aide memoire for preparing for the 4-way meetings.

3. Collaboratively trained professionals – so that they know what their clients’ expectations of them are.
